Both owners of Dakota Live Edge ®, born and raised in North Dakota have incorporated unique aspects of our craft. We draw inspiration from the natural beauty of our state. We use the beautiful and colorful wood species that are available in the state we feel add value to our locally made products.
Starting from the tree, we have a saw mill to cut the wood and then a kiln to dry and prepare your individual piece for production.
We have various local wood species to choose from and colors of the rainbow to create your piece to match your style and home décor.
Randy has enhanced his craft through 40+ years of contracting and woodworking. After years of making pieces for us, friends, and family he has decided to take his hobby and love of woodworking to the public.
